Weather permitting the meeting will be hosted outdoors on the front lawn. There will be no limits to attendance as long as the weather allows us to be outdoors. We will resume our in-person meetings, outdoors, and request participants bring their own chairs. We also require masks while congregating. Chairs are to be set up 6 feet apart from each other. Some changes effective this week include going back to meeting at 7:30PM and we’ve voted that while meeting outside, the meeting will permit smoking tobacco and electronic cigarettes. The format for our meeting will be chair persons option every week. In the event of rain, thunderstorms, or excessive heat, the church has graciously allowed us to meet indoors; however, on weeks we meet indoors, masks are mandatory at all times, chairs must remain 6 feet apart, and the meeting attendance must be capped at 25 members. These are the guidelines set forth by the church.
